According to the reports, pop megastar Britney Spears had an unpleasant encounter with the security guard assigned to NBA rookie wonder Victor Wembanyama. According to TMZ, Britney Spears filed a police report after the San Antonio Spurs’ Director of Team Security slapped her in the face at the Catch restaurant in the ARIA Hotel in Las Vegas when she approached Victor Wembanyama to ask if he would be willing to take a photograph with her.
What Exactly Happened
“Britney and Co. walked over to Catch, and as they were entering the restaurant, Britney spotted Victor. We’re told she’s a fan and went over to him to ask if they could take a photo together. She tapped him on his back, right shoulder and, we’re told the Director of Team Security for the San Antonio Spurs — the team that drafted Victor last month — instantly backhanded her, causing her to fall to the ground … knocking her glasses off,”
Security Apologized to Spears Later in The Evening
According to the report, security apologized to Spears later in the evening, stating that they had no idea who she was. Spears accepted the apologies, but it does not appear like she will drop her allegations against the security personnel
