Furthermore, it is said that Marvel and Hardy will both serve as producers with the filmmaker penning the script based on a story they both developed. The specifics of the movie’s narrative are being kept under wraps, although Hardy with undoubtedly return as a symbiotic power anti-hero.
Although the cast of the film is unknown, there have been rumors that Andrew Garfield’s Spiderman may reappear in it. Tom Hardy revealed earlier that he would return for Venom 3, putting a picture of a screenplay with a sticker on it reading “Last Dance” on it.
The scriptwriting for the new film has reportedly already begun, with Kelly Marcel returning to write Sony’s Marvel film.
This May Be Tom’s Final Venom Feature with Sony
The Instagram picture also implies that this may be Tom’s final Venom feature with Sony. The picture provided depicts a cartoon drawing of Venom with a hand-drawn crimson tongue protruding from his lips. This is a strong hint of a Spider-Man and Venom crossover for the film, and fans will be eagerly awaiting such a moment.
Sony is going forward with films like Kraven the Hunter, Madame Web, and El Muerto as its next few superhero virtues. Kraven the Hunter will be released in theatres on January 12, 2023, followed by Madame Web on July 7, 2023, and El Muerto on January 12, 2024.
