Will Smith has stated in a video titled ‘It’s been a minute…’ that he posted on his social media accounts that he has been thinking a lot and has chosen to respond to some legitimate questions that have been put to him.

He responded “I was fogged out by that point. It’s all fuzzy” when asked why he did not apologise to Rock in his winning speech. He continued by saying that he tried to contact Rock but got the response that he wasn’t ready to talk to him just yet.

“Chris, I apologise to you. My behaviour was unacceptable. I am here whenever you are ready to talk,” he said. He mentioned “That was one of the things about that moment. I just didn’t realize. I wasn’t thinking but how many people got hurt at that moment. So I want to apologize to Chris’ mother. I want to apologize to Chris’ family.”
Rock also addressed the disagreement in a recent stand-up act in New Jersey. He declared himself to be not a victim. “Yeah, that sh*t hurt, motherf**ker. But I shook that sh*t off and went to work the next day … I don’t go to the hospital for a paper cut, “Rock said.
