Mitchel Musso, a former Disney channel actor best known for its part in the famous program “Hannah Montana” was arrested on Sunday on charges of public drunkenness and larceny after reportedly stealing a package of chips, according to the New York Post.
According to the Rockwall Police Department news release, authorities were summoned to the scene when the 32-year-old actor reportedly entered the hotel and stole a bag of chips without paying for it.

The actor is now charged with public drunkenness, theft under $100, expired registration, failing to present a driver’s license, and failing to appear on a promise to appear notice. Routine record checks also found that the ex-Disney star had multiple outstanding Rockwall Police Department traffic warrants.
In 2011, the actor was arrested for driving under the influence in Burbank, California.

Notably, Mr. Musso co-starred with Miley Cyrus on ‘Hannah Montana’ for five years as Oliver Oken, and he also played Jeremy Johnson on ‘Phineas and Ferb.’ He has also appeared in series such as ‘Pair of Kings’ and ‘PrankStars.’
The former child actor was born in Garland, Texas, a Dallas suburb, and began his professional acting career at the age of eight, according to his IMDb page.
