It has been reported that he paid a huge price of Rs.10 crore for it. In addition, he deposited the Rs. 47.55 lakh stamp duty.

Karthik Bought an Office Next to Sara
Surprisingly, Sara Ali Khan’s office is just next door to Kartik’s new workplace. In July 2023, Sara and her mother Amrita Singh purchased it. Sara paid a stamp duty of Rs 41.01 lakh for her workspace, which has a value of Rs 9 crore according to a prior report by Moneycontrol. According to another Report, Ajay Devgn and Kajol purchased offices on the same property this year. The workplaces were built by a company called Veer Savarkar Projects.
