The stunning collision of a tiny plane with a vehicle during an emergency landing has been captured on camera. On Monday, November 13, the pilot flying from Midland attempted an emergency landing at Aero County Airport but was unable to bring the plane to a halt near the end of the runway.

The plane crashed through a fence and onto Virginia Parkway eastbound, where it collided with a passing automobile.

Mckinney Fire Department Paramedics Evaluated Three Patients

At the site, McKinney Fire Department paramedics assessed three patients, two from the plane and one from the automobile. According to The Independent, only one person was brought to the hospital with minor injuries.

According to WFAA, Jack Schneider observed the entire incident and recorded it on his phone. “I saw the airplane coming down the runway quickly I knew that he wasn’t gonna have time to stop. It was clearly going too fast, the tires were smoking… So I quickly pulled out my phone because I could tell something was about to happen,” Mr Schneider explained.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is looking into what caused the disaster.
