Outside lands 2025

San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park is getting ready for the Outside Lands Music Festival. It’s happening August 8-10, 2025. This year, the big names are Tyler, The Creator, Doja Cat, and Hozier. They’ll bring rap, pop, and soulful tunes to the stage. The lineup dropped on March 25, 2025, and fans are already hyped. Tickets went on sale today, March 26, at 10 a.m. PDT.

Tyler, The Creator is back after missing last year. He canceled his 2024 spot, but now he’s ready to rock. His new album, Chromakopia, just hit number one, so expect a high-energy show. Doja Cat played here in 2022 and crushed it. She’s got big hits and a wild stage presence—think of her Coachella performance. Hozier is new to Outside Lands. His deep songs, like “Take Me to Church,” will mix things up.

The headliners are awesome, but the rest of the lineup is just as good. There are over 90 acts total. Vampire Weekend will play indie rock. Glass Animals has cool, dreamy pop. Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals bring funky vibes. John Summit’s beats will get people dancing. Gracie Abrams and Doechii are newer names to watch. Plus, Big Freedia from New Orleans is teaming up with the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus. That’s going to be fun!

Local artists are a big deal too. Still Woozy, LaRussell, Destroy Boys, and Claude VonStroke are all from the Bay Area. They’ll give the festival a hometown feel. Other cool acts include Ludacris, who’s a throwback favorite, and Black Coffee with his South African sound. Wallows and Thundercat are in the mix too. There’s music for everyone.

Outside Lands isn’t just about songs. It’s got fun extras. There are art displays, a wedding chapel, and a spot for cannabis fans to relax. Last year, over 225,000 people came over three days. This year could be even bigger. Tickets start at $465 for General Admission. If you want something fancy, VIP or Golden Gate Club passes go up to $4,205. You can grab them on the festival’s website, but don’t wait—they’ll sell out fast.

This is the 17th Outside Lands, and it might be the best one yet. Whether you love the big stars, the local acts, or just the whole vibe, it’s a weekend to remember. August 8-10 can’t come soon enough. Get ready for a great time!
